She’s passionate about self-exploration, transformative learning, communication, and figuring out new ways to do better.

Though she writes, blogs and vlogs a fair amount, her real love is engaging in direct conversation with people; be it in small groups, one-on-one sessions, or addressing crowds, exchanging ideas excites her, and she’s almost always got an opinion, or some feels to share.
